Reliability of a Handheld Bluetooth Colourimeter and Its Application to Measuring the Effects of Time from Harvest, Row Orientation and Training System on Nectarine Skin Colour

This work aimed to (i) determine the reliability of a portable Bluetooth colourimeter for fruit colour measurements; (ii) characterise changes in quantitative skin attributes nectarine cultivar response time from harvest; and (iii) influence row orientation training system on colour. The measured with colourimeter, namely L*, a* b*, were calibrated validated against reference spectrophotometer. C* h° obtained b*. Validation models showed high estimations. trends over characterised by cubic regression models, proving be best parameter describe time, clear link maturation process.
